Lock Down Lessons

My mother – a piano and primary school music teacher – and I have been collaborating on making lesson plans for her students during quarantine. The sun had been shining so working outside was a necessary and pleasant experience.

This sparked an idea to create a ‘composer of the month’ scheme of activities for my violin students. As its his 250th Birthday – and all celebratory concerts have been cancelled – I thought it was best to start with Ludwig Van Beethoven. I created a PowerPoint with a brief biography and YouTube links for listening.
